Nuevo logo y nueva experiencia digital de cliente: Volkswagen Vehículos Comerciales activa su nueva imagen de marca " en línea con la marca Volkswagen Turismos.
Las personas están en el centro. Nunca antes la marca Volkswagen Vehículos Comerciales había estado tan cerca de sus clientes: «Presentamos la actualización del T6. Más digital, conectado y moderno que nunca,» explica Heinz-Jürgen Löw, responsable de Ventas y Marketing del Comité Ejecutivo de Volkswagen Vehículos Comerciales. «A principios de este año, Volkswagen Vehículos Comerciales asumió la responsabilidad del ID.BUZZ que, en mi opinión, es el modelo más emocional de la familia ID. No podía haber un mejor momento que el presente para presentar la nueva imagen de marca de Volkswagen Vehículos Comerciales».
Tobias Volkmer, responsable de Marketing y Marketing de Producto de Volkswagen Vehículos Comerciales: «Nuestro Marketing es más digital y conectado. Estamos avanzando con el objetivo de llegar a nuestros clientes de una manera más rápida y con una conexión emocional». Volkmer añade «En esta adaptación, nos hemos centrado en desarrollar una interpretación que encaje perfectamente con nuestros públicos objetivo. La autenticidad, sobre el resto de elementos, tiene ahora un papel más importante que nunca».
La transformación se está haciendo más visible día a día: todo se está adaptando de manera progresiva en esta nueva dirección – desde nuestro lenguaje visual, presencia online, o ‘branding’ de nuestros concesionarios hasta el actual logo. Todo ello, viene a reforzar la transición de nuestra marca desde un fabricante tradicional de vehículos comerciales a un moderno proveedor de soluciones de movilidad.
